Solution
STOP. STOP.

He has an APU (CPU + GPU) with a secondary card that matches the built-in GPU (despite the different name). It then operates in DUAL GRAPHICS MODE (similar to Crossfire).

He HAS THE SYSTEM. He's just asking how it will perform.

*The ANSWER is "okay" on some titles, but "not well" on demanding ones.

You should probably get STEAM and try a bunch of free DEMOS. There are actually several good old games that would likely run really great like Deus Ex #1, or more recent less-demanding games like Torchlight 1/2 (Diablo 3 but I think it sucks).

Steam DEMOS examples:
- Half Life 2
- Hit Man Blood Money
- Tomb Raider Legend
- Rayman Legends

You should be able to organize by METASCORE or RECOMMENDED but that's not working for me...

Well, not BF4 on high, but the 7620G the APU is paired with should run med on 720p. The LCD in the laptop is probably 1366x768, so he isn't going to run 1080p anyway. Less demanding games should run fine on med settings as well.

mis-leading title if you ask me, 'asking about amd processor is good for gaming'
and his description as well doesn't really describe what he's asking.

Anyway to try an answer the question. You seem to be using two different GPUs, now this is a problem. the more powerful GPU is going to reduce its performance to match with the performance of the weak GPU so they can have the same clock and memory which is required for sli/crossfire.

The two graphics card in a dual setup are as powerful as a 7750 which is a low end $100. Expect to play games on low to med. Don't expect highly to play upcoming AAA games this year as your dual setup just can't cut it
