Asking for some help about my new built PC

Hi guys!
Is this a good setup? Never built a pc before either am I good at it but I tried.

Motherboard: MSI Z97 GAMING 3, Socket-1150
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB CL9
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K
PSU: Corsair CX 750M, 750W PSU
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Adv. Midi Tower
Graphic card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB PhysX

Should I stick to this or should I change something and last but not least, did I forget anything?

That PSU is iffy and you don't have a HHD, only an SSD, so you will probably run out of space very quickly (depending on what you are using it for). I would go with an Evga Bronze 750w PSU of some sort as they are quite good for their price.

Then I would suggest just getting a better PSU and it will be a decent build
