Question Asrock 760GM-HDV CPU cooler

Can someone tell me what size of cpu cooler I can fit on the Asrock 760GM-HDV mobo?

Generally the motherboard itself does little to limit the size of a cooler. It's your case that primarily sets the upper limit and possibly the height of some very tall memory modules can interfere with the installation of some coolers.

First check that a given cooler supports the CPU socket (AM3+ in this case) and if you want a particularly large cooler, the maximum cooler height your case can fit.
