ASRock 970 Extreme 4 and G.Skill Sniper 1600

So this is my first build and I may have bought the wrong memory, the specs are below but wondering if this memory is compatible with the mobo and cpu, I just noticed I had the wrong memory entered into part picker and checked the asrock site and this memory isn't on the list. In the middle of the build so some help would be great.

ASRock 970 Extreme 4
AMD FX 6300 6 core
G.Skill Sniper 8gb (4gbx2) 1600

Yes, those are fine, the Snipers and the Ripjaws X are my favorites for Intel builds
