Question ASRock B450M a/c R2.0 - CPU support

So I purchased all new parts(besides the motherboard that I bought off a friend - only 2 months old from a pre-build),
And we build it and it runs but there’s no display on my gaming monitor

Specs:

-ASRock B450M a/c R2.0
-GIGABYTE RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12GB - REV 2.0 3x Fan
-OLOY DDR4 RAM (2x8GB) Warhawk CL16 @3200MHz
-WD_BLACK 1TB SN750 MVMe SSD Gen4
-WD_BLACK 2TB Performance HDD - 7200RPM
-Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 chromax.Black CPU Cooler
-APEVIA ATX-PR800W 80 plus Gold PSU
-Cyberpower Case from Pre-Built System

I could get a new motherboard that supports my Ryzen 5600X, but I just want to know the best cpu I can get that will give me a display & will be compatible with my exact motherboard, thank you!!

your board will run a Ryzen 9 39xx straight out of the box, it will run others depending on how recent the bios is.

On the bios chip you can find a small sticker which says what bios it came with. What is that bios nr?
