Question ASRock B450M Pro4 - Cannot update old BIOS

Hi there, I am very much a novice when it comes to messing around with motherboard/BIOS settings, and I have a problem.

I am using quite an old version of BIOS (P1.40), and I am wanting to update this (motivated by the desire to upgrade to windows 11). I have downloaded BIOS updates from the website here:

and put them onto a FAT32 formatted USB drive, but when I try and instant flash it says that no image files are detected. I've included a picture of my main BIOS screen in case I'm missing something incredibly stupid.

If you look at the image for your screenshot taken while in BIOS, this is the make and model of your motherboard;
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4-F/#BIOS
...amazing what a slight change in the SKU/model does, huh? Consider yourself lucky that you didn't brick the motherboard with the wrong BIOS meant for the wrong board.

Just a word of advice, please follow through the warning prior to working your way up the BIOS updates.
