AsRock or MSI Budget Build

I am going to post my build at the end of the paragraph in the hopes that I can get some question answered. My main question is about the MOBO, I want to get a good one for less than $95. The lower the better. And i know what you are going to say the more you spend the more you get but work with me here lol. I want to play first person shooters and sandbox games like GTA.
Anyway here are my questions.

• 
  1. Is there anyway to get this build cheaper but good quality, meaning cost and performance.
  
  2. What do you think about the CPU. Cpuboss.com rated the i5 3550 as very good for the money.
  
  3. Should I just get a K series. I don't know squat about overclocking though. And probably wont engage in it.
  
  4. Overall how would you grade this build.
  
  5. And finally the main question. When choosing between the boards I will list. Do you think that one has an advantage over the other. Brand, Performance, Connections. Etc. Thanks guys.

its a very good build for the money. but i suggest you to increase to PSU to atleast 500 watts.and since you won't be oc'ing id rather suggest H77 mobo's with intel core i5 3350P, or slightly better core i5-3470. and use the saved money to buy a better PSU.

Get a B75 chipset asrock board if you do not want to get a K-edition overclocking CPU.

1. If you do not plan to OC but willing to pay the price of i5 3570k, I would recommend that you take a look at XEON E3-1230V2, which has almost the same price to i5 3570k.
That one is practically an i7 3770k but without the integrated GPU and relative impossible to OC....so, 8 threads in total

2. Also, if you do not OC. I would recommend H77 as your best choice, no need to go Z77. ASUS P6H77-V is a nice choice. ASRock and MSI are also not bad. My suggestion is find the most expensive H77 from each ASRock, ASUS, Gigabyte and MSI. From those 4 most expensive, you should have 4 of them, one from each brand, than pick either simply the cheapest from those 4 or find which one you like

3. Yes, I would also recommend to have at least 500W PSU. Corsair is very nice

umm, not sure where you live but i know newegg(US) was selling combo deals on i5-3570+mobos for 60 off or something, would be cheaper than 290 and you would get a k series and a better mobo. assuming they are still doing it.

Thank you I decide to up my wattage. I dont wanna spend any more money on the CPU then I already have done and as well I think i will go to the H77 or B75. I went to the Intel site to compare and got some pretty good advice. Thanks again for you time in answering my noobness!

All the ones I saw had a savings of like $18 dollars. Thanks I didnt know there were actually combo deals on here.

So heres the deal. I took both of you guys advice. downgraded the CPU and Chipset and got a better PSU. Now with that said. Looking at these two build and a difference of $50 which would you perfer or do they both perform in the same range.

In just looking at the difference in cost it look like i went down in performance. But just let me know what you think. Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the more expensive unit or should i just go ahead and downgrade and save some pocket. Thanks again for all your help. You guys are great!
