ASrock X370 Killer SLI/ac blinking red light

I just set up my new Ryzen 7 1700 and Asrock mb and as soon as I pluged it into the wall nothing happened, the light just slowly flashed red. No fans were spinning no display on screen, just a flashing red light

PLEASE HELP!!!

GTX 1060
Stock 550w PSU
Ryzen 7 1700
X370 Killer SLI/ac motherboard
2TB Baracuda HDD
2x4 DDR4 RAM


Specs (before upgrade):

GTX 1060
Stock 550w PSU
AMD FX-8370 8- Core
MSI 970 Gaming motherboard
2TB Baracuda HDD
2x8 DDR3 RAM
