Question Asrock z270 killer not posting

Current Motherboard: ASROCK KILLER ALI/AC
CPU: i7-6700K (Stock)
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS (2x8 Sticks)
GPU: Nivida Asus 1060
I recently changed motherboards from a Asus Z170-E to a Asrock Z270 killer sli/ac.
The Asrock Z270 wont post when my RAM is in dual channel. If I remove 1 stick it will post. I have tested all the slots with 1 stick, they all work.
I then put 2 sticks in single channel and it posts. Testing in A1/B1 and A2/B2.
I have reseated the 24 pin and 8 pin cpu cables. I have reseated the CPU and checked for bent pins, No bent pins that I could see.
I checked asrocks site for compatibility for both the CPU and RAM and both are compatible.
Between switching RAM slots and such, I did clear CMOS or atleast I think I did. Using the Jumper do-dad
Anyone have any sort of idea on what's going on?

sounds like a possible bent cpu pin or a defective MB

I've checked the cpu socket for bent pins and I can't see any. But it's all hard to actually see all of them.
Defective mb sounds more on par. Thanks
