Question ASRock z370 Extreme4 post error

A couple of weeks ago I started getting this message flash during post saying "Rebooting into firmware..." then the pc would restart and this would loop over and over again unless I hit F9 to go into the boot menu and manually select my boot drive. I have already tried updating to the latest bios and the problem persists 🙁 Please help! Thank you!

What is the make and model of your boot drive? You might want to source another drive or maybe see if an old drive with a fresh OS install alleviates the issue. If the latter works, that would mean your prior OS or your OS drive is corrupt.

I'm using a Samsung 970 EVO 1TB. I've been thinking about upgrading to that new 4TB Samsung 990 tho, i'll give it a try.
