Asrock z77 Pro4 vs Pro3?

I'm building my new rig over the summer, and I can't decide whether to get an Asrock z77 pro4 or pro3. Opinions? I will be pairing the mb with a i5 3570k and a Gtx 680 windforce, and I have no plans for using more than 1 gpu in the future. But I am planning on overclocking the cpu to maybe 4.4ghz. So, which board would be best suited to me, and best for overclocking? Thanks

Go with the Pro4, it has 4+2 power vs 4+1 which is better for OCing.

I use the Pro 3 and overclock to 4.2MHz.
It is very stable, although I think I should be doing 4.4/4.5 MHz from what people say about it.
My temps never go over 65C when gaming. Surfing net is like 30C.
Temps are safe, and that is important for longevity. I want at least 3 years out of this chip.

I'm guessing with Pro 4 you can reach 4.5 MHz. But is it worth the cost? And is there a real performance difference?

Why limit yourself to Asrock? What about Gigabyte? For a few dollars more you can have a much more durable and stable overclocking system.
