Question ASRock Z87 Pro3 no post after cloning hdd

hello just finish cloning a disk and swap it and then there is no post i see the light on the front but no beep no display i test the power supply it turn on.
i remove everything ram video card and try to use the internal video card nothing.
i see the ight at the front and at some point it seems to restart but nothing more
remove cmos battery nothing

what could it be bad mobo ?

Without the cloned drive are you able to get POST?

Ram: corsair 2x 16 gb 1600 mhz ddr3
SSD/HDD: ssd samsung 512 gb
GPU: internal
PSU: evga 600b
Chassis: fractal design
OS: windows 10
Monitor: samsung
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. more then 5 years


now i try to restart it and nothing happen not even the front light

If you put it back together with the original drive, does it boot up?
If so, please post a screencap of your Disk Management window.

So not even in original cofig?

Then the problem isn't the clone.

no im suspecting the mobo die i test the power supply it turn on with a tester

Is it one of Xeons?

What do you mean with 'remove the fan'?

If the CPU fan is missing, the system may not boot up.

I'm suspecting something got disonnected.

Please check ALL of the cables and how they are connected.

Don't just look, but rather touch and verify.

i reconnecting everything unplug unnecessary stuff still have no light and fan not turning
on
