Asus 280x Artifacts

So, I planned on buying an asus platinum 280x and for the most part it seems it's a very powerful gpu. However, I've read reviews about artifacts with this specific card and I've seen videos of the artifacts on youtube. I want the card, but now I'm not sure. Are they all like this? I don't want to spend $310 and have a good image, but with the artifacts. What should I do?

Have no problems w/ mine, have seen where some have had problems running a PSU that isn't up to the GPU, I recommend at least a 550 with 30 AMPS on the 12 volt rail
