Question Asus B360-F gaming audio drivers not detecting rear speakers

Hi All,

I built my new PC couple of months ago. With the latest audio update I noticed that it won't detecting rear speaker pair. I have a creative 4.1 speaker system. In the supreme fx, I can tap on rear speakers and it will give that sound. But when I play a song only front speakers work. In games, I can barely hear voices. When I plugged in rear 3.5mm jack supreme fx doesn't give that confirmation popup.

Are your creative speakers 4.1 or 5.1?

Has surround worked before? Or just recently since updating software?

My guess for the moment is it has worked and software update has uninstalled and installed this version doing away with Realtek's audio jack detection. Are you able to uninstall current audio driver and reinstall to the driver you had previously so the complete audio package is installed also?
