Question ASUS BIOS stuck

Hi everyone, I am new here and new to the whole PC gaming scene.
I'm having an issue with my motherboard. I am stuck on UEFI BIOS utility screen when I load up.
My motherboard is an ASUS PRIME Z370-P.
I have been gaming on it for the last year or 2 with no issues.
I left it on over night and woke upto this.
Any tips and advice would be more than welcome. Thanks in advance.

reset the BIOS by jumper, have a look how to do so at the manual on page 1-10 -> CLRTC

Thank you for your response and help. Unfortunately this did not work for me. It seems that my SSHD is not being recognised, I have ordered a 1TB SSD to replace it and hopefully that should solve the issue. Thanks again.
