Question Asus CPU fan xpert quirk

Can anyone help me with why this is happening? I'm using an Asus P8H61-I R2.0 motherboard and a Noctua NH-L9I.

Just to double check, which version of BIOS are you on? The latest on Asus's support site is version 1402. Also, which OS are you working with and what version of Asus Fan Xpert are you on? Might want to run the app in compatibility mode(assuming you're on Windows 10) since it doesn't show up on the support list when using Windows 10 on the drop down menu.

I am on the BIOS version 1402. I tried running in 8, 7, Vista and XP compatibility modes, Nothing. I'm using AI suite 2. It works from time to time but have never found a fix.
