I wanted to update my Bios and it crashed or something. Now the system won't boot or POST. The motherboard Q-Code shows F2 for a second and after that F9. The fans are spinning, the lights on the motherboard also work.

I know that F9 means that piece of the Bios is missing.
I tried using the USB Flashback tool so I downloaded the latest Bios and renamed it as C6H.CAT so the file is CROSSHAIR-VI-HERO-ASUS-3008C6H.CAP and when I hold the Bios button for 3 seconds it blinks 3 times and that's it. I know that this means error but I don't know what to do.
I even tried the older version 1701 so the file on the USB stick is CROSSHAIR-VI-HERO-ASUS-1701C6H.CAP but the same thing happened again.

Please help

Solution
Your Flashback was not successful solomonkaneti :(

Bios file should be named C6H.CAP not C6H.CAT just a typo or what.?

Renamed Bios file should be on it's own on the USB and on an empty single partitioned USB thats been formatted to Fat32.
Ensure the USB is inserted into correct USB port. (lowest port as per page 2-13 in the manual) Bios file takes a couple of minutes to complete and if a solid light appears, this indicates failure.
If still no go then try another USB stick.
Rename the file to C6H.CAP Make sure that it is not .CAP.CAP (if file extension hidden).
Format the USB drive as FAT 32.
Make sure that you're connecting the USB drive to the correct FLashback port (check the board's manual for identifying it).
Don't start the board, just press the Flashback button for 3 seconds.
