ASUS CUBX is it good?

I plan to get a Celery 600 and jack it up to 900. Is the above board a good MOBO to do this with? Could you recommend a better board perhaps and how bout a good video card to go with it. Thanks fellas!

The CUBX is good, but the CUSL2-C gives you more overclocking options.
