In the past few months I was doing my project for my degree and recently my notebook power button stopped working. Before i knew the power button has been damaged, i tried to reset CMOS by removing the CMOS battery and since it's not working, i went for to a technician to fix it. Later after i get received the laptop, i tried to clear up some files from Drive C:/ since its nearly full. I tried to play Valorant and found that it was not using my Nvidia GPU. I checked again and found the notice of upgrading to Windows 11 requirement was not met(Previously i can upgrade to Windows 11) and it goes to TPM was not detected. I returned to the techinician but it seems they did not know what cause the problem and cannot fix it. I read about my motherboard intel use PTT instead of TPM.I tried using tpm.msc and run windows power shell and yes it does not detect the tpm. Even in my ASUS BIOS there is not option for TPM, PTT or PCH-FW settings. Please I really need help to use my Nvidia GPU for my project.
