Is the Asus GeForce 750Ti and the Corsair CX430M compatible with each other?

I already have the Asus 750ti and it fits into my computer, however the PSU that originally comes with the computer itself is a 300w from HP and I cannot find a 6-pin connector for my GPU anywhere.
Does a CX430M have a 6 pin connector that fits into the Asus 750ti and is 430w enough for the GTX 750Ti from Asus Overclocked?
