Question ASUS GPU Tweak III and the OC Scanner ?

Hey there,

What exactly are you trying to achieve? If you mean the base settings to begin OC Scanner , well all you really need to do us unlock voltage control in the settings on the General Tab. Then move the slider on the power up to 105 or whatever the max is.

Then simply start the scanner and let it do it's work. Typically the scanner plays it low, and gives barely moderate improvements. For example, on my own card, the OC Scanner gives me about 80mhz increase on the core, and about 200 on the mem. Baloney. My |GPU cores run great at 120mhz extra, and mem goes from 14gbs to 16gbs with practically no increase in temps.

Remember, OCing can screw with your games, your system in terms of stability. If you notice any glitches or crashes, then you need to dial back the OC.

The cards already OC themselves. No real need, or point, to take it much further than the conservative OC Scanner.
The 40 series is voltage limited, unlike the 30, 20, and 10, which were power limited.

What are the recommended settings for my Dual RTX 4070 ?
There aren't any. Not for that card, or the majority of Nvidia's recent models.
The Gpu Boost algorithm can dynamically override custom settings.
