[SOLVED] Asus Gtx 750 ti Oc Clock Speed

hy i have little confusion about my asus gtx 750 ti OC .. it have 1072 MHz Gpu Clock which boost up to 1150 MHz Right .. then i put some load on my gpu and see in Gpu-z my Gpu Clock goes to 1201 Mhz what is this?????

It's GPU boost, an Nvidia feature - will boost beyond the reference clocks, depending on certain parameters.

If memory serves, only 780 and better had GPU boost 2.0, so I don't recall what the parameters for non-2.0 are offhand, but I think it was almost exclusively power-budget related.
