ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5, 2GB, GDDR5 vs G IGABYTE (N75TOC-2GI)

Hi I need to choose between these two.I am going to use for 3ds max.What is the difference.My motherboard is H87 Pro4 Asrock and cool master pro 600m 600w.

I am worried about pcie power cables and ghrz of memory what difference does it make

both have same pcie power cables required, and speed, both can be OC'd to same level as it is the same chip. Just the manufacturers and coolers are different, I would honestly go for the Asus as they have a better reputation and quality to extent then Gigabyte.
