Question Asus IV formula help

Ok so I recently bought a pc . All was fine until one day it wasn't showing and thing on my monitor . The fans spin and everything seems to turn on . There is a little LED light next to a word that says CPU . Sometimes leaving it 2 or so hours then trying to boot will make it work . Any advice is much appreciated
