I just received the ASUS H97-PRO GAMER LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard in the mail and when opening it everything came out cleanly and no tearing needed. That's the problem here, there was absolutely no seals whats so ever when opening the mother board. Should i be worried that it is a return item or refurbished one since i payed for a brand new mother board? I bought the motherboard on Newegg.com
Here is the pic on how the box came http://imgur.com/010Ljht
and here is the picture of the bag http://m.imgur.com/pp04i9m as you can see no seals at all.

Since i already sent an RMA request on Newegg should i just go through with the return or cancel it by not shipping it? This is my first build so i dont really know what comes with the items so i want to be sure that the MOBO will be in working condition when i put it into the final build. Really dont want it to be brocken and find out later on i cant return it.

I suggest not RMA-ing it, since there's no reason. Boards don't come sealed.

I actually contacted Newegg and they said "All motherboards should come sealed" so i actually just sent in the RMA
