You can't afford an i5 processor and a H97 Pro Gamer if your budget is 600 dollars and below. Unless you plan of buying a crappy graphics card.

This will be good for your budget:

You are not providing enough information. Will you be overclocking? Are you planning to buy a whole system rather than a motherboard? Is it a new i5 processor you're buying? Give us something.

The i5-4690k is for overclocking so you will need a Z97 motherboard. H97 doesn't support overclocking so a good CPU for that would be the i5-4460 or the i5-4590.

If you plan to overclock an i5 4690k then you should ideally get a Z97 motherboard.
If you do not plan to overclock the cpu, you should get a cheaper non-k i5 and use the H97 motherboard then.

For the price of an i5 4690k, and an H97 Pro gamer, you could go with a Xeon 1231v3, and a different H97 board. You get i7 4770 performance, for a more i5 like price.

If you do decide you want an overclocking setup, then this would work, just would need an aftermarket cooler, when the time came to overclock.
