I have an unusual problem with sleep mode. When i close the lid the laptop is in sleep mode BUT when i open the lid it doesn't wake up fast(is like when i press the power button and is very slow).I have installed the latest chipset drivers from asus website, updated vga drivers.I don't know how to fix it.From the time i formatted the laptop i have that problem.
Any help is appreciated.

Are you sure it's going to sleep mode and not hibernating?

Yes that would be the next step. It really sounds like it's hardware related if it happens on a fresh install.
