After closing down games and some games crashing, my PC has a critical error and reboots
Any Help?

This issue has only just started the other day. never had issues before and all of a sudden it popped up after installing the latest nvidia driver. I've DDU'd to see if that would fix it but to no avail. I have run the dump file and this is what it has given me:

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (ef)
A critical system process died
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffcd8fbce05080, Process object or thread object
Arg2: 0000000000000000, If this is 0, a process died. If this is 1, a thread died.
Arg3: ffffcd8fbce05080, The process object that initiated the termination.

Overview
Computer model: Acer Nitro N50-650
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11 Home (10.0, Build 26100)

Use your serial number for the prebuilt and see if the system is pending any BIOS updates.

What games are we looking at here? Where did you source the installer for said games?

I've DDU'd to see if that would fix it but to no avail.
Ideally, users are advised to run DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. You might want to start by using driver version 566.36 and see if the issue goes away.

Hi yeah sorry im definitely new to all this 😅
Sourced the game through Steam. I was using 566.36 then updated through nvidia app to latest driver due to battlefield 6 beta required a update to driver. The only games exactly ive noticed the issue on are Ready Or Not, helldivers 2 crashed mid game and rebooted critical error and phasmophobia when closing the game. I haven't managed to test all installed game yet. Helldivers and RoN are on the same drive but phas isn't.

As for BIOS update I hadn't found any pending but did install a new update for 13th gen cpu for BIOS the issue existed before doing this
