Question Asus or Acer ?

So im thinking of buying a new 240hz monitor and i found 2 of these monitors that is almost the same price where i live in and wanted to get your opinion on which one is better. I mostly play competitive fps games but also play time to time singleplayer games. right now mainly I play valorant and i get around 200-300 fps. the monitors are:

so which one would you guys recommend ?

The Acer monitor has better specs. Most importantly its IPS with faster Response Time than the Asus, which is crucial for competitive esports.

The Acer is the better all round display, I would never pick the Asus over it because I've moved on from TN panels. One caveat with some of the Acer gaming monitors, is they have a fairly hard anti glare coating that gives them a slightly textured surface on light backgrounds. I have an Acer Predator XB3 and I was quite put off by it at first though I'm used to it now.
