Can anyone help me as I can't decide what motherboard out of the Asus P10S-I or the ASRock C236 WSI is better for a Server.

Planning to use a Xeon E3-1240 v5 (or Xeon E3-1245 v5 for the ASrock as it has no on board graphics chip set) running Windows Server 2016 Essentials. Will be going in a 250mm deep 1U Server chassis.

So far I have gathered;

The Asus has low level management support through a optional module, mini-SAS support, but has very basic graphics chipset, no on-board audio, and no 20 pin USB-3 header.

The ASRock on the other hand has on-board audio and a USB 3.0 header, but has no built in graphics chipst.

What one is best for my requirements and why? Long term reliability is also very import!

Going to go for the AsRock E3C236D2I with a Xeon E3-1245 v5. Bit more than I wanted to pay, but it has a on board USB 3 header, as more SATA ports than the Asus and has Out Of Band Management/IPMI support.
