asus p4t533 + geforce fx 5900 ultra 256mb

i have an asus p4t533 raid mobo w/ agp pro (1.5v) and i'm wondering if i would be able to use the fx 5900 ultra 256mb as my video card. would it be stable and is it feasible to spend almost $500 on this card if it's not going to work to full efficiency for this mobo. any info is welcome heh

to me its not feesable to spend $500 on a video card period even if it will work with the motherboard
