Any info guys, that night help, thanks

Try again with just 2 sticks (or even better, just one stick) of ram as a test.

If that doesn't work, then I'd reset CMOS and try again.

Good luck!

🙁 Try removing everything from the board. I mean even the fan and processor as well as all the little case connections and memory.
Pull the board and set it on top of the box it came in and then just hook up the case speaker and the power supply-- nothing else. Power the board up by jumping the 2 "posts" that the power on wires went on. You can use a screwdriver to do this. Listen for any beeps from the speaker. The codes will tell you what is missing.

If no beeps, what is the size of the power supply you are using?

Just going through the same problem with other boards from Asus as well as Mach Speed. Asus tech will tell you the same thing, but you will have to jump through a few hoops first.

I have had 3 bad boards this week. Also have used 3 different processors and each time the problem goes back to the board.

I have removed everything from the board. Started to reinstall CPU and graphics card... leave mem out and get a continuous beep... install mem no beeps no post... changed mem to different manufactor, one advised by asus, still no post. I am assuming the board is bad.

First run with 1GB ram or just one stick of ram will do, and make sure if you have your graphics card in, and check that all components are stuck in correctly including any jumpers from the sides (I had a issue with a loose jumper once).

Remove the battery from the mobo, wait 15 seconds, load up the computer (minus battery) see if bios loads up. Change the date and time. Shutdown, put the battery back in, load up bios again, check what is loading up first like CD/removable/Hard Drve etc..make sure the order is correct. Then go into the options and disable quick load screen (forgot the name) and then save options and restart.

Then if it doesn't work, or you're still getting beeps, check all components and jumpers again.

If all else fails....get a technician to look at the mobo it could be damaged....but I really really doubt it...and the beep sounds usually indicates that the hardware or jumper is not connected properly.

Click the reset CMOS button and get your OS cd and reinstall after setting boot from CD first from Bios. If you can't get passed that point I really don't know what to do lol...except start looking for a replacement.
