ASUS P67 Sabertooth question

Hey, I have been looking at motherboards for a 2500k and decided on either the Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3 or the ASUS Sabertooth. I prefer the Sabertooth but was wondering if the Thermal cover thing get dusty? If so how often would one haave to clean it?

Cleaning, maybe never as long as you don't add an optional 50mm fan to the shroud. The Sabertooth has a very advanced thermal sensing 'hot spot' software which you can run to see if parts/portions are running hot.
