Question asus p6t se xeon support

so i got myself a asus p6t se it is in the mail right now. i asked the seller to only sell the motherboard without the xeon x5650 inside of it. but according to google i cant really seem to find any solid info to it working on there?
i am planning to put a xeon x5670 in there with watercooling and trying to see how far it wil overclock.
i got both ecc and normal ram but i got more ecc than normal so wondering if that'll work. i got a xeon w3520 here incase the bios needs a update..
got 2 gtx 680's here in sli that i'm going to toss in there. hoping that the motherboard has some sort of a sli certification

Need help OC'ing Xeon x5670 on an Asus p6t

Hey, I just purchased a xeon x5670 to replace my old i7 930, so I can keep my x58 motherboard and extend it's lifespan a little longer. it's an asus p6t, no deluxe version, no special edition, just the p6t model. Back when I bought the i7 930 about 5 or 6 years ago I overclocked it a little but...

nice. got the board but so far i cant get it posting tried ecc and non ecc so no idea why its blan kas the seller said x5650 worked
