ASUS P7P55D-E LX showing 4x4GB sticks as 4x2GB

I'm using:
ASUS P7P55D-E LX motherboard
4 x Corsair Dominator 4GB RAM (CMP4GX3M2A1600C9)
Windows XP Home Premium 64bit

I'm really not quite sure when this started happening, but they definitely used to work as 16GB in total. What's happening now is that I'm only getting 8GB total. I tried removing & testing all of them 1 by 1, but basically they're all showing as 2GB rather than 4GB, which is what's causing it to come up as only 8GB total. If I only use 1, I get 2GB, if I use 2 I get 4GB etc.

Any ideas on how to get them working again?

Edit: Solved. Sorry being pretty stupid, it's 3am & I have flu. I put 4 x 2GB sticks in this machine not my 4 x 4GB so... duh
