Question ASUS P8H67-M Pro motherboard

MB has sticker stating CM6650. Can I change bios chip and use it to replace a bad motherboard in a CM6850?

I suggest try using the other motherboard without changing the chip. I don't see any differences in the two.

As I posted. The original CM6850 is no good (STUFFED) but I have a P8H67-M board which is marked as CM6650 and wanted to know if I just exchanged BIOS chips would it be OK. The only thing I can imagine different is the chip as the board no is the same except for CM6850 chip. The most recent BIOS for the CM6850 is 1301. The latest for the CM6650 is different.
