Asus P8Z77 V still cant enter BIOS

this motherboard I bought it from a friend and it seems he used it with OC..the case I used it and try to configure the BIOS .. the screen is stuck on black screen when push delete and the keyboard stuck too (green light)
.. I can only enter windows and use it normally

I also worry that there is no socket 1155 (to repair) and would have to upgrade to 8th gen

Yep..i do all fixes read it ..maybe baterry is dead?..and no need for work on power on? Also my KB is usb
