Question ASUS pg42uq Filmware Update Keeps Bricking Monitor

I have replace two off these monitors now and filmware bricked them and even done steps correctly dont know whats happening anwyay to stop this from getting bricked

Becuase its on old filmware and wanted to update it to newer verison so everything can work correctly because monitor come with old filmware

was working notice people having problems with HDR issues and they updated it without problems but only bought it this week and there letting me take it back for refund now

Yeah canceled return and asked ASUS to RMA the monitor that way still have the monitor even been refurb and dont have to pay full price on monitor since sales are ending. Played on this monitor and colour is great and have to have it back one way or another
