Question Asus PRIME B450M-A II only showing my 16 gig ram stick as only 8

is the Asus PRIME B450M-A II only limited 2 using only 8 gigs of of a single 16 gig ram stick? and before you ask suggest it ,ive done the msconfig into the uncheck allocated memory box options and nothing

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Have you tried making sure both stick of ram are seated in the correct slots, per your manual?
