Question ASUS PRIME H670-PLUS D4 wont recognize 2x 16 GB RAM

Hello Guys, need some help here if possible...
I recently bought new Mobo ASUS PRIME H670-PLUS D4
The problem is it wont work with 2 Ram cards os 16 GB each
RAM MODEL: PATRIOT VIPER4 BLACKOUT DDR4 3600 Mhz ( PC4 28800)
I installed correctly on Slots A1 and B1 , but when power on one RED color Led flashes and them keep on ORANGE LED
I tryed with only one card of 16 GB on B2 Slot and it works fine both Cards i tryed ! But if i install both cards it wont work, i tryed on another 3 slots with only one card and it also wont work !
guess the MOBO need be replaced ? or RAM not compatible ?
i tryed changing each card in each slots and it only work 1 card on Slot B2

Try booting with a single stick into Windows. If that works, reboot into BIOS, then enable XMP profile. Reboot into windows again and make sure all OK. Finally power down, add second stick and then turn on again.

thanks for reply, i also did it, enabled XMP
i booted with single one, went to windows , enabled XMS, power down added second stick but nothing, i t works with only 1 stick attached

Hello! Could you please let us know any updates on this? Did you manage to fix it?

I have exactly the same problem with this MOBO and four Kingston Fury 16 GB RAM sticks: only single stick works.

I've solved my problem by reinstalling the CPU.
