[SOLVED] ASUS Prime Z370-A Chassis Fan 2 Not Working?

On my computer case, I have two identical fans that came with it. The first fan (3 pin fan) is connected to the CHA_FAN1 - 4 pin connector- on the motherboard. When I tried to connect my second fan (3 pin fan) to the CHA_FAN2 on the motherboard, the fan does not spin. I know it is not an issue with the fan itself, because when I plug this fan into the CHA_FAN1 connector, it does spin. I also see in the BIOS that it does not detect anything plugged into the CHA_FAN2 connector when it is. Is my motherboard faulty? Is there a way I can enable the CHA_FAN2 maybe? As for now, my second fan is plugged into the AIO_PUMP connector (because it is the closest connector), which does allow the fan to spin.

You may need to manually change CHA_FAN2 fan control to DC/Voltage if it's on Auto or PWM in the BIOS.
