The only thing that its odd is that you are using a Z motherboard which can overclock,with a non-overclockable cpu.

Yeah, I'm not interested in overclocking yet. Recently I bought an i7-9700 and I'm trying to find a good motherboard to go with it. Asus Prime Z390-P seemed like a good bet, in case I want to overclock in the future.

By the time you get interested in overclocking,maybe some new cpu's come out,which would perform way better than any of the 9th gen intel CPU's.

I can get the Asus Prime Z390-P for the same price as that, would you still recommend the Asrock B365 Pro4 over it?
