Get Probe 22206 from here:

http://www.asus.com.tw/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=Tools&Type=All&SLanguage=en-us

The System Management bus (SMbus) is a serial interface, and the
monitor chip and DIMM SPD eeproms sit on that bus. For Probe to be
able to talk to hardware, it needs a driver running in the kernel,
to get at the hardware and do serial bus read operations. Operating
systems are generally designed to stop applications from accessing
hardware directly, requiring a driver to do it and offer a service
to the application. A driver has be installed as Administrator, to
be accepted for use by the OS. It is a security feature.

Get V2.22.06, that's the up to date one.
See if that installs OK.
Disable any anti virus software first before installing.
Close all other running apps as well.

Hmm It installs real slow on four P-4 machines I put it on,
I noticed wowoldapp (close) as a running process when this
installs, does that indicate 16 bit install?
