Asus R9 280x DCIIT 3GD5 Sudden Fps Drops to 3-5 while playing BF4, CoD BOP 3, CoD AW

Hello Tom and other friends,

I have problems about my fps drops while playing BF4, Cod Bop3, Cod AW. Normally, it runs very smooth but randomly fps drops to 3 or 5 or close to it.

Over a 1 year I had gray screen problem mostly while watching videos online or offline, sudden fps drops (which still remains) with my card while using xigmatek power supply written below. 3 weeks ago I have sent the GPU to asus and they repaired power adaptors by telling me that my power is problematic. And I have bought Corsair CS750M. I did not face the gray screen yet, 5 days passed since I got back my gpu. And technical service told me that my GPU passed all the tests.

But I am not satisfied with these fps drops. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

8) I have the latest graphic drivers and bios for both mother board and GPU.

Many r9 280 and 280x were disappointed of black screens, artifacts and fps drops. Try getting an older version of the gpu driver. Maybe you're using one that's still in beta. If this not solve you're you're problem get a gtx 960 or r9 380.
