Question Asus ROG-STRIX-RX580-T8G-Gaming

Ok so alittle back ground, i purchased this card to upgrade from an Nvidia 750GT. It was DOA when i got it a year ago, so RMAed back to Newegg. Lasted a year then started getting graphics driver crashes within a min or 2 of entering Assassins Creed Origins. Sent it back to Asus for warranty. well they sent me a new card about 4 days ago. Put back into my system. Worked great for a few hours then started getting the driver crashes again!!! Well didn't mess with it for a few days as i was pissed. So used AMD Cleaning Tool to remove ALL AMD software and drivers. Installed the latest and greatest. Worked for a bout an hour then BAM another crash! Any advice?

full system spec? include brand and model if the psu

System mainboard and processor are alil older but hey still runs well here they are:

Processor AMD FX-8120 AM3+ @ 4.0Ghz
MSI 970A-G46
24GB DDR3 not sure of the brands off the top of my head have to open the PC to check
500GB SSD
Already know the GPU
PSU EVGA 100-N1-0650-L1 650w purchased January 2021

I have also tried to update the bios to the newest one but haven't been successful at all with that
