[SOLVED] Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 freezes a lot

Hello,

I bought 1-2 months ago an Asus ROG Zephyrus with the CPU consisting of an AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS and GPU RTX 3050 Ti. At the beginning it had freezes but like 1 per day and I didn't mind it too much. Now it has up to 6 freezes per day and it's driving me crazy cause first I am not in my home country and second I am going to university and when I need to write an important document boom crash. I dont have any BSOD, not any errors to show up not even dumps so I can form a conclusion. CPU runs in normal temps, while idle 45-51 degrees, GPU as well it's around 50 degrees. I dont game on this laptop since I keep university and work related. Everything is up to date .

Yup

Try These:

• Uninstall GPU Driver Using DDU
• Uninstall all the processors in device manager like this, then boot up to bios:

• Update motherboard bios to the latest
• Install the latest AMD Chipset Driver
• Set the power plan to AMD Ryzen Balanced on Power Plan settings
• Install the latest Nvidia Driver

Do it all without internet connection, download all the files needed first.
