Hello, this can be a DHCP issue. I would suggest a temporary fix that is to go into your Wi-Fi settings and click on the (i) beside your connected WiFi. Then, set the values manually by finding out what is your default gateway ( typically present in modem's back or on the box, or you can use "ipconfig" in command prompt to check on a PC ), type in any IP address that is the same as your default gateway address and change the fourth value to something else unused. Continue by setting the subnet mask ( typically 255.255.255.0 ), and finally set the DNS ( you can use the one provided by your ISP, but any of these will work: [ For Google Public DNS ] 8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4, [ For OpenDNS ] 208.67.222.222,208.67.220.220 . ), you can put an alternate DNS address ( means more than one ) by putting a comma between both.
