I changed my ASUS GTX 1070 OC to the new RTX 2070 Super OC and now my PUBG is micro stuttering and im having high cpu usage.
I have updated to the Newest BIOS(was also having same problem with the same bios the 1070 was on), Fresh install of Windows 10,all newest drivers, hwinfo showing max 65c cpu temp.
Also my cpu clocks where 4.9ghz and they dropped to 4.68ghz, now i have 5ghz manual overclock.
Also tried FPS capping to 165/160/144 What the screen inputs,no difference
Pc specs:
Intel 9700k@5ghz
MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS
Corsair 2x8GB CMK8GX4M1D3000C16 Memory
Asus RTX 2070 Super OC strix
NZXT X62 Kraken as cooler
All of the Power cables i have Triple checked and they are in the right places, GPU has two Separate powercables as some1 hinted.
While i was changing GPU i changed my 10 Year old Chieftec PSU to new Corsair RM750X for extra safety.

By reinstalling the OS, which version of Windows 10 are you currently on? Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? While on the GTX1070, you had the entire system powered by a Chieftec PSU?

Did you use DDU to uninstall your GPU drivers prior to dropping in the RTX2070 Super?

Windows version: 10.0.18363.418,
BIOS version: 7B51v182 aka 1.82
Nvidia version:441.66
Yes, with the 1070 i was running Chieftec PSU, i changed both PSU and graphics card at the same time.
I did try DDU twice to uninstall all gpu drivers and load new ones AFTER dropping in the 2070s,
after fresh OS i also did not download Nzxt CAM softwafe back, which didint even have any effect on the stuttering before the fresh install(tried uninstalling the CAM software before fresh OS)
