Question ASUS STRIX RX 570 4GB Issues

Hello, just bought this brand new GPU yesterday (i switched from NVIDIA to AMD) and as soon as i started playing games after like 5 minutes my PC freezes and i have to hard reset it (screen can be white, black, brown... etc). That happens in every game and in benchmark program. I tried 19.1.1 driver, 19.3.3 and same thing. I have Intel Pentium G4560, 2x4GB DDR4 2133Mhz of ram and i have 500W power supply from GIGABYTE and it is 80+ bronze. My motherboard is ASUS Prime B250M Plus. My games stutter a bit and than just blank screen. Can you help me? I was searching internet but can't find anything like my issue. Thanks.

Did you uninstall your Nvidia drivers before you dropped the AMD card in? How old is your PSU? What was your prior GPU?

Okay i will post in future like that. OS: Windows 10 64bit build 1803. My PSU is 2 months old and also it's bought brand new. And yes, i uninstalled Nvidia drivers. It was GT 1030.

Also, my GPU fans are spinning even if it's turned on 0 db fan mode. Temps are like 30c on idle.
