Hello, I bought a brand new gaming laptop mentioned in the title.
Specs - AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, RAM 16GB DDR5, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8GB 140 W

I tried Cyberpunk for example, getting 90-100FPS inside buildings on High/Ultra with DLSS turned on and without Raytracing, GPU Usage is constantly on 95% with temperature around 70 degrees celsius, but when I go outside I get 50-60FPS and GPU usage drops on 60%, weird thing is that I get the exact same FPS on all Low settings, then I tried to turn on Raytracing with Ultra settings and I got 55FPS again.
I honestly dont know whats going on, like I said, I bought it few days ago, temperatures are all in normal, with CPU being under 90 degrees and GPU under 80 degrees celsius. I saw people playing Cyberpunk on this exact laptop that I have, to know if its worth to buy and they got 70+ FPS constantly.
Im playing on dgpu, I removed all Asus programs trying to fix this issue, I disabled integrated GPU as a possible fix, I honestly tried everything, but nothing helped.
If anyone can help me with this, I will be grateful to you for the rest of my life.
